Hello, I have been unable to connect to the internet since acquiring my Vodafone box two weeks ago. The internet light on the box continues to blink red. I contacted Vodafone customer service who informed me that this not a user issue as they can see from their end that no connection is going through. They informed me that they would call back to schedule an appointment for a repairman to visit my flat. However, I never received a call back and have been unable to reconnect to customer service to schedule an appointment. Can I please receive an appointment?
