Umzugsservice does not work properly!

Hello,

I am moving out to new apartment, I tried using Umzugsservice multiple times I get the message, `Prüfung erfolgreich!` upon my submission with any further steps or email confirmation.

How can i make sure that my request has been received and how can i know when the new address activated?

Hello Cizer,

have you entered all the data, your new address and your moving date? If you have filled in all the details for the moving service  on the page, you will receive a confirmation of receipt.

Which federal state do you come from?
