Trouble browsing websites

Hi,

Last few weeks I had trouble browsing websites. It takes too long to respond and most of them failed with ERR_TIMED_OUT. You can see the following image. It is hampering my everyday home office life. I tried several times by restarting router. But did not work. It also affecting Video streaming service like Netflix.  

Please someone help.

I am using Cable 1000 with vodafone router.
