There is no right cable socket

Hello. i dont speak german and i couldnt get any help from customer support my problem is i just signed up for internet (Red internet and phone 250 cable young) modem came today but i realized that i dont have the proper socket in the apartment. What can i do in this situation?

In a case like this a technician have to install the right socket. In which state do you live?

Hello all. first of all im sorry i dont know german and i need a help

my problem is i just set up my modem in the beginning everything was fine but suddenly i lost the connection. right now my internet light flashing red and its been a while is there anyone can help me please ? ty
