Hallo,
Unfortunately I can't speak and understand German, which is why I failed to get help from the customer service and I'm writing here to ask for help.
I made a contract at the beginning of July and tried to set up a cable internet yesterday. I'm confident that I followed the instruction and connected all cables correctly, but the internet still doesn't work while 'Internet' LED is blinking with red.
Could I get some help here?
I hope I could resolve this issue soon and work at home.

or get somenody 2 translate by your side and call again
sometimes u r lucky 2 get an english speaking agent as well
