Slow upload and unstable internet

Hello,

for the last few days i had really slow upload and very instable connection.

I have a Fritzbox 6591 and 1000 Kable.

My download speed has no problem reaching 850 - 900 Mbps but my upload is between 0.00 - 1 Mbps when i should have around 50 Mbps. And i would appreciate a fast fix since i need my internet for work.
