Hi Team, 

I recentas got a Vodafone Kabel connection on 16th August, 2021 in Hamburg. However, Ever since I got the connection, the internet has been constantly dropping While on video calls. Everyone i talk to on a video call complain and annoyed With me. I triad Calling the customer care but they Only speak in German so I am helpless.
