Hi Vodafone team,
I have registered an internet contract via cable and also got a new router (Fritz!box 6660) with my customer number today. The activation code will be sent in the next few days.
I have installed the router but do not have a connection (the WLAN light is stable, but the Power one keeps blinking).
I have contacted the hotline but I don’t understand German to choose the internal number to contact Vodafone staff.
My question is:
- what is the normal procedure for setting up (activating) an internet connection with a new Vodafone router?
- In my case, what do I need to do in the next step?
