Hello! I received the internet router and installed correctly but the internet light is flashing red. I tried to unplug, wait 15 minutes and all, but the problem persists. I believe a technitian has to come over and turn on the switch in my building because I just moved in. I tried to call vodafone on the hotline but I couldn't get trough since I don't speak german. Can I book an appointment online with you? Thank you!
