Router replacement

Hello, 

My router has stopped working: when I turn it on al lights flash twice and then turn off completely.

I followed the guidelines on the website but it didn't recover. I tried to call the customer service but the communication was difficult as unfortunately my German is still quite bad.

Your problem could be solved more quickly by the hotline. I see that the exchange has already been carried out and your router is online with good values.

Is everything working again now?
