I am new customer to Vodafone and recently bought a new router. But after I have set up everything, internet light is keep flashing and there is no connection. May I know how can I solve it?
Sorry to hear that there are teething problems and that the modem seems to be searching for a signal to no avail. Provided everything is wired correctly, there is nothing else you can do. In this case I have to have a technician look at the antenna socket and the signal. We will have a look at your connection and instruct the technician. Please send us the customer number, name incl. address and date of birth of the contract holder by private message.
