Red light on INTERNET for two days

I have a Vodafone Station and the ‘INTERNET’ light has been flashing red for two days and I have had no wifi at all for that time.

I have tried unplugging the Internet and restarting, I have checked all cables and everything looks fine and I have also restarted everything but nothing works.

please can someone help me with this?
