Rückwegstörung

Hello,

I have 100Mbit/s download and 50Mbit/s upload in my Kabel-Vertrag and it's been like that until recently. Since about a week ago upload speed has dropped to 1 Mbit/s which make this Internet connection mostly useless. In Netz-Assistent I see the following:

An Deinem Anschluss liegt eine sogenannte Rückwegstörung vor, die Deine Internet- und Telefon-Verbindung einschränken kann. Falls nötig, lass bitte unseren Techniker Deinen Anschluss prüfen. Die Störung beheben wir so schnell wie möglich. Vielen Dank. Ein aktueller Zeitpunkt für die Behebung der Störung liegt derzeit nicht vor.

Could someone please explain what does it mean? Is the disruption known by Vodafone and they will solve it or an action from my side is required?

Hey Gabell,

the mesage means a return path disturber. This is an external signal that interferes with ours and therefore with your connection.

But currently everything is fine or is there any interference?
