  Really improper behavior of internet that I did not have with your old router: VPN issues, video games on my PS5  have huge packet loss or improper behavior. Disabling Firewall resolves the problem.

we have tried an update on the modem over the department. The update takes about 10 minutes. Please try a factory reset afterwards. Then please test again with and without firewall.
