I have ordered a Vodafone cable connection from Check24 , the invoice does not include a technician visiting to connect the equipment. I would like to request a techinician visit as well. Please help for this.
usually there is no technician needed for the installation of the cable access. You can connect it yourself by following the installation guide. Did you already get the router and have you tried to connect it to the antenna socket?
