I am writing to inform you that my internet connection has not been working for the past three days. This has caused significant inconvenience, and I would like to know when the service will be restored.

Additionally, I would like to ask whether I am entitled to any compensation or free internet usage for the period during which the service has been unavailable.

Please let me know as soon as possible when the issue will be resolved and how Vodafone plans to address this outage.
