I have lost the internet connection for 5 hours now. I did everything in the network assistant (power on/off, cables, even factory reset) and nothing helps. The internet led is blinking red and phone led is off completely.
My customer number is XXX. I need technical assistance. I tried to call hot line but couldn't manage to reach English-speaking person.
Any help is appreciated.

Edit2: Cusrtomer number belongs to Cable contract. Moved from DSL to Cable.
