Hi,
I have no internet in my house since yesterday, tge power/cable loght keeps blinking, I followed the instructions to restart as well still nothing works. I need a technician at my home.

I'm sorry, but the statements that you have to pay 100 € if you call before the 2 weeks are not correct. I understand that you are unsettled when the technician says something like that to you.
Your values at the connection are very bad and a technician must come to you in any case. Can I create a new order?

We tried contacting the helpline but due to German language only option there no representative helped us, (my German level is basic and I am still learning).

As soon as I connect my laptop or mobile or ipad to the wifi and search anything. The internet connection is lost and only wifi(with no internet) is available. In the times of peak usage too internet drop is frequent. For example Thursday evening 2000hrs Internet is lost for some time and then comes back. It looks okay from yesterday evening 2100hrs but I will still have to check it for a couple of days before I confirm it is working again.

Hey @Moni_GK ,
As suggested we performed the factory reset for the router and it was working good over the weekend. But today again as soon as the network is heavily active example 1430-1530hrs, internet dropped to zero. The Power light was solid green suggesting that it was connected to vodafone network. I will perform another factory reset tonight to see if it happens again tomorrow.
Can you also check from your side, please?

Hey @Moni_GK ,
So it still breaks and works sometimes and drops off throught the day at different times. Today 3 times during my meetings.
I think it will be easy if a technician can come and diagnose the problem.
