Internet disruption even though all router LEDs are white

Dear Vodafone team,

 

I have been experiencing a problem since about a week where my internet connection (Vodafone Kabel) is disrupted even though all router LED lamps are white. It's been happening every few days, and when I restart the router the Phone LED shines red and the router takes a few hours to connect again. I work from home and  a stable internet connection is crucial! 

 

I have already spoken to customer service twice, both times they say the service team is handling my ticket and eventually I get an SMS saying they have found no problems on the server side and that they are closing my ticket, when nothing is resolved! The internet gets disrupted again in a few hours!

 

I have had a full day of internet only 1 day in the past week. Please help!

Hello shishir,

 

I'd like to have a look at your modem. Please send me your customer number, the full address and the name and date of birth of the contract owner via private message. Send the time when the connection via ethernet was disrupted for the last time here in this thread afterwards.

Hi Claudia,

 

Thank you for your reply.  I apologize for my late reply, last month the issue seemed to resolve it self and I was travelling until last week.

This week the same issue has come up again and I have had internet only for a few hours this past weekend. I would really appreciate your help with checking the router. I have sent you a DM with all the required information.

 

The latest disruption has been 25.09 around 1500 - 26.09 until now (2300)

Hello shishir,

 

I just had a look at this. Your port is affected by an interfering signal. The technicians are working on the fault clearance, but a completion date is not yet known.

 

You will be informed about the completion via SMS.

I am facing another disruption right now and it has been going on for about 3 hours, all router LEDs are white but I have no internet access. Could you please have a look, I am in the middle of my work day and its really critical.

I understand that the dropouts are very annoying.

The technicians are currently checking various objects to find and eliminate the iinterference signal.


So it’s still our turn.

This problem went away for a month but it is back today. I have no internet even though all the router LEDs are white. Could you please have a look?
