I have cablenet connection, since 01.09 DOCSIS is offline, modem's Internet led blinks red connection unavailable. I read around, many down detector site peaked here in the NRW area (40210) in the last few days.
I guess Vodafone has some network problem, my question is: is it possible to communicate with the customers what is the estimated date of repair? Customer service would been reliefed as much as customers.

Did you already inform the customer service about your broken internet connection?
It seems it is an individual case and we cannot say anything about how long it will last untill they have fixed it.
After a moment (for example 4 days) i would contact them again to get infos about the state.

Hello there,
Yes I have reported through WhatsApp and Messenger. When I call the service center, after the identification it says they know about the probelm and they are working on it and the call ends.
Not everybody who had problems comes to the forum, but other downdetector sites have lot of reports from NRW and BW, if my understanding right, mostly ex UnityMedia network users.

If the customer service hotline cannot help you maybe you will be able to contact Vodafone via FaceBook or Twitter.
I have often heard that the moderators there are willing to help if it's possible.
