Hi, sorry that I write in English but I don't really know German.
I recently ordered internet from Vodafone, got my router 2 days ago and since this day it's LED blinks with red color. I tried to restart it few times, nothing really happened. What can I do more?

I live in North Rhine-Westphalia.
I had a technician 2 days ago, he fixed that (Cable from socket wasn't connected anywhere). Unfortunately today I have next problem. Internet is dead again, on router configuration site I can clearly see that there are no up-stream channels and basically docsis is offline.
