I have not stable internet for 3 months !!!! 3 months !!!! Since 20th of June where there was a grid failure in the area (Rosenthaler Platz, 10119, Berlin) the internet is not working every week. The technician is just coming to my place checking the line, says that is perfect and then again the same problem .. again and again. I need internet as we are in home office due to corona!
