No cable Internet

Hi,

I don't have any cable internet connection since last night (27/09/21) and this morning. I am doing Home office work so this is really bad. Please get this fixed as soon as possible.

I would also like to make an official complain and get compensations for the damages caused by not having any connection while working hours. 

I live in Berlin, 12489.
