Kabel Deutschland has been not working in 10623 Berlin since this afternoon. On the website, it says there's no problem in the neighborhood, but there is. Could you create a ticket and work on this problem asap ?

I sent the details over a private message. I'd also like to cancel my contract with Vodafone as soon as possible. Where can I do that ? Is it possible from a Vodafone branch?

Could you please make the process faster? Its been more than 30 hours. You are absolutely the worst!

No it's not working. All Vodafone users in the apartment don't have Internet. Power and WiFi light is white, but internet light is blinking red. One of my neighbors has been told by Vodafone Customer Service that Internet will be gone until June. Are you really kidding? Internet is gone since Wednesday and it became really annoying. Could you please take care of it asap? or I'm really done with Vodafone Service. If it'll be gone until June, I request the cancellation of my contract. This is really unbelievable and unacceptable. This is not a village or something. This is Central Berlin and you can't provide what you suppose to provide for 2 days. Please check the area for the issue! 10623 Berlin.

There is currently a return path interference in the connection area and this is responsible for the failure.

Our technicians are already isolating the problem and correcting the error. However, there are major problems with access to some of the house systems, which is why it is taking so long. There is nothing here that says it won't work until June.

 

I have created a ticket for you and you will be informed by SMS when they are finished.
