New cable customer: Red flashing internet light

I recently signed a contract for CableMax 1000, picked up my equipment today and followed the instructions, and have not been able to actually access the internet. I am new to Germany and don't speak the language yet, so I have not been able to get past the automated message when first calling the hotline to try to get some support. Would love some help on how to get customer support in English!

Based on previous posts of people with the same issue, it seems like a technician will need to come out. How do I schedule this???
