Hi,
I am looking for help with my router, it blinks with red light and I have no internet for a few days already. Tried to restart the router and tried to do the following: 

I tried to troubleshoot it using:

- Unplugging the cable from the wall socket

- Turning off the router for 3 minutes

- Resetting the router using the opening at the back of the router.

Also tried to troubleshoot with the robot assistance - no luck 
- Tried to call: +498004440580694 - no luck

    • Cannot connect to internet
  • How is your device connected to the modem ?   
    • WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
  • Start  and  period  of the disruption  
  • Since a few days (I was away and back in Berlin since 1.06 - no internet since then)
