My internet is faulty

Hello can somebody help me 

i move to a new apartment and the guy living in the apartment relocated so he transfer the internet to my name and I start a new contract 

on activating the internet 

i realize their is no WiFi connectivity like the WiFi name is it showing at any of my devices 

laptop 

ipad 

iphone 

andriod 

and it's fautrating 

can someone please help me

best way: reset your router 2 factory settings !

after that it will be installed completely new,

name of your wifi and and so on is nornally given on the back side of the router

Hello Azeez,

Have you tried a factory reset and did it help? (For the Vodafone station, please hold down Seset for 15 seconds) Can you find your network now?
