I'm having a problem with my Multimedia socket adapter not fitting in the socket of my apartment in Berlin. I saw many questions with the same topic that got solved so hopefully mine will be as well. Please see the attached photos for reference.

Diese dusseligen Homewaydosen sind großer Tünnif.  Melde dich beim technischen Support, und melde Selfinstall fehlgeschlagen. Der Techniker installiert dir dann eine vernünftige Multimediadose

Unfortunately, I haven't received yet my activation code to add the contract to MyVodafone account so I can't open a ticket until I get it
