Since last week I've had massive connectivity issues. Upload which should be 40 Mbit/s almost does not exist, ping in enormous.

It's impossible to surf the internet, not to mention using streaming platform or playing online.

  • Welcher Fehler tritt auf? (Geschwindigkeit zu gering; Packetloss) Schick dazu auch Screenshots von Speedtests (mit Datum und Uhrzeit) und Tracerts/ Pingplotter-Messungen bei Packetloss oder Ping-Problemen

Hallo, VODAFONE !!!!

 

Would you please address my query? The problem repeats regularly. Today in the morning the situation is dramatic --> not possible to work!

VODAFONE - Upload was close to 0 Mbit/s this morning. Where is your customer service?

Not sure what I should consider to be worse - the quality of the internet connection or the quality of your customer service.

The Upload speed drops to 0 regularly. Please answer to this complain.
