Hello,

I live at XXXXXXXXXX and have been experiencing internet disruptions since April 20. This is totally unacceptable. I have already raised 4 tickets and there is no date for when this issue will be fixed. My wife and I work remotely and we can't continue like this. This is frustrating and it should not continue like this. I am paying 60 Euros per month without getting proper service. This is driving me crazy.
