Internet unstable at night

Hi Team,

I just got my internet set up at my new apartment. Since the first day, I’ve noticed that the signal is always unstable at night, around 19:00 onwards. Sometimes, it would be gone for 5-10 minutes. What could be the cause of this, and what should I do? I also had Vodafone in my old apartment but never experienced this issue there.
