Hello team,
I am a new customer for Vodafone cable.
Today I received the router and made the installation. The Internet red light keeps flashing with no internet. I activated my account using the activation code but I still have no internet.
I tried to reset the router, unplug the power, change the plug, switch on and off the power, but no change.
I still have no internet.
Kindly send a technician to help me with this issue as soon as possible, as the WiFi is very important for me for working from home.
