Hey,
Apologies for the english message but I am new in DE.
I got 1000mb from Vodafone and everything worked fine for the first 3 months.
Since last month, I get constantly disconnected multiple times a day.
When playing video games the ping is extremely high making it impossible to play and during meetings the connection also gets unstable.
I tried to contact the support number, but since I don't know german it is not viable for me.

- Welches Modem/ Router nutzt Du? VDF station CGA6444VF
- Nutzt Du ein Leih-Gerät von uns oder hast Du ein eigenes Gerät? rental
- Welcher Fehler tritt auf? I lose the Internet connection ( router gets red light ) and then it comes back, also noticed ping is very high while playing.
- Wie ist Dein Endgerät mit dem Modem verbunden? It happens both LAN and WIFI
- Beginn und Zeitraum der Störung? Begin September
