We have cable internet contract, however the internet is not working since past 4-5 days in Degerloch, Stuttgart area (Zip 70597). The "Disturbance finder" is only mentioning disturbances related to mobile in the area. Unable to raise the ticket due to non-availability of English support. Please support urgently
