Hello!
I have been having internet issues over the past two days. I was hoping it will be automatically resolved but it has not. Unfortunately, I dont speak German well and I was unable to reach a Customer Support technician who can help me in English.
Some websites dont load from any of my devices (phone, latptop). Sometimes, it takes a really long
time to load and still fails. Other websites work just fine. About half of the websites fail.
If I switch my phone to mobile data (also Vodafone), the webpages work just fine.
I have tried restarting my modem multiple times having followed the diagnosis page. I have also logged into the modem and tried the troubleshooting steps. I think the DNS resolution does not work for these sites.

Some that do work:
google.com
github.com
youtube.com
My location is Berlin, DE.
I dont know how to fix this issue ! Could someone help me with this ?
