Internet is not working

Hello my internet connection is not working since this morning, I tried to go through the automatic support, it didn't work, I tried calling the support number, I can't understand a word it a robot that speaks only German, so I am stuck.

My internet led is blinking red all the time, I tried the reset, remove the cable and connect it again nothing is working.

Which medium do you use then - DSL or Internet via the TV cable connection?

I think it's cable I suppose it the Vodafone TG3442DE the device I have, still no connexion since yesterday and no support from Vodafone

I live in Lebenstedt Salzgitter in Niedersachsen.

Issue solved changed the cable and did a reset as recommended by the automatic support, 5 min uplug the modem and 15 min wait for the configuration.
