Dears, deeply struggling with connections since one week. Dont know how to get support as the Tobi robot doesnot help nor telephone authomatized line. How to proceed? I am stucked in the "alles rund um störungsmeldung" with a problem, paid bill, which seems difficult to be solved. Anyone to give me any support? Thanks a lot!
