Hello,
sorry for the English, but I do not speak German yet.
My Internet connection keep disconnecting once or twice per hours since yesterday afternoon, I thought it was a temporary problem, but it's getting really boring as I use the internet to work from home.
I live in Karlsruhe (BW) - 76139, using a Vodafone Station (Arris)
To avoid any further wast of time I can ensure it is not a problem on my PC/Mobile side.
The Vodafone Station keep somehow resetting time-to-time itself (power-off -> red lights -> blinking lights -> back operative in 3 minutes) and this happen almost every 30/40 minutes.
I have also tried to contact the customer care but I cannot since it says my customer number is wrong, when it is actually reported on every invoces.
