Internet Verbindung bricht ständig ab

Hallo ich bin neu bei Vodafone. 

Leider bricht die Internet Verbindung ständig ab (ca. jede 15min). 

Im Router (Ereignissprotokoll) steht Folgendes:

das schaut nach einem bekannten Firmware-Problem aus und lässt sich beheben

Schicke mir bitte eine PN mit Deinem Namen, der Anschrift, Dein Geburtsdatum und Deiner Kundennummer und sag mir kurz hier Bescheid, wenn Du die Nachricht versendet hast.
