High and not stable ping

Hi,

First of all sorry for not speaking german.

It's been a few days that my connection is not stable and I really can't play online. I noticed that my ping has fluctuations, here an example:

The bandwidth is free and nobody is using it, but still I have this ping spike that can't let me play online. Is this a Vodafone issue?
