Hi,
I apologise for writing in English; however, my German language skills are limited.
I have a Fritzbox 6591 and a Red Internet & Phone 1000 cable account. The internet has been absolutely perfect for 2 years.
In the last week, my connection drops multiple times every day! Me and wife work from home and this is very difficult to work with. We pay for a very fast internet connection for this reason.
The event log shows the following: "Cable Internet not responding (no synchronization)" every time the internet stops working.
I have tried all the help topics to try and fix the issue myself. But the problem is still there.
Please can you help me? It is very difficult to work with Internet that drops all the time!
