Extremely awful service

I've been with extremely unstable internet for the past 10 days. After the 6 first months that they were trying to sell me their max pack, I got that pack. Not even one month later the internet became ***ty. I would like to have my internet fixed now because I pay a very expensive price to have the best pack. I can't work at home, I can't talk to my family, I can't watch a movie because the red light is always blinking. 10 days now. I've tried to fix it following the steps in the website and it doesn't get better. I've tried to call to customer service and no one picked up. My neighbours also have a problem. So please fix it because if it doesn't get fixed then I will stop paying.

that sounds not so good. Did you checked all the cable?

Is the connection slow or is it blinking all the time and you have no connection?

Can you please enter your postcode?
