[English support] No Internet connection since Friday 15/12/2023 evening (almost 48 hrs now)

Hello,

     There is no Internet in my Apartment at Paul-Gossen-Str. Erlangen since almost 48 hrs. This has never happened in the past 6 months and is causing a lot of trouble for us as we are not able to either study or work. Please suggest a way to resolve this issue as I am unable to raise a complaint via Customer care due to my limited German speaking ability. 

Kindly note that we are facing regular disruptions in the Internet since the past 6 months. It connects and disconnects all the time which is also very distressing but never for so long.

Please Vodafone Team, kindly help us.
