I would like to have a detailed description / manual of the VF station, unfortunately I have not found it.
I would like to keep it simple.
1) The position of the router is important, a few cm change in the location can make a big difference.

2) The choice of the transmission channel is crucial. At least 2 transmitters - Vodafone Hotspot - transmit at full strength.
3) Choose different names for your 2.4/5GHz. This will prevent "bandsteering".
4) Use the AVM WLAN App. Find out if there are other networks in your office/router location. Choose the channel accordingly. Monitor your signal strength at your study and channels
5) There may be WIFI interferers. DECT phones, microwaves etc. In the exclusion procedure you can determine by switching off the devices (rather unlikely, but possible).
In most residential complexes the apartments/connections are built symmetrically like electricity/internet. It is not impossible that a neighbor has the same location for his router, but you are only separated by a wall as damping. This would interfere a lot.
