Hi,
For several hours now I don't have internet and the "Internet" light keeps blinking red. Wifi and Power lights look fine. I already restarted the box & looked at the cables and everything looks fine.
I am working from home so this is crucial that the issue gets fixed asap.
Looking at other topic a technician needs to intervene. Can I have an appointment this week please? Preferably with English-speaking person.
