We are having bad connectivity issues with our Vondafone router. This is extremely frustrating, as a couple of months ago, our internet was not connect at all, and it took 3 weeks for a technician to be sent out to fix the router, and even though the internet works now, it constantly drops its connection several times a day, which never used to happen. I work from home so being disconnected from meetings because my internet's connection has dropped is not ok. I have done all the troubleshooting and everything.
Has anyone had this happen to them and what can be done about this Vodafone? Im sick of paying for a service that is so unreliable.
