Hello,
I switched to CableMax 1000 last week but the overall connection is poor. I understand reaching 1000mb is a long shot, but right now the download test drops around 200 or 450Mb depending on the time of the day.
My primary concern is the upload speed, which goes from 1Mb to 15 top renderings the connection sometimes useless
I tested the connection from the Vodafone page and also pages like ookla. all with the same results.
I tried with several devices, computers and mobile, same results
I reset the router but with no luck
Note aside, I moved recently and the technician from Vodafone didn't access the cellar to check the box, for this reason I would like to schedule a visit to check the connection.

in which state do you live and does the interference occur permanently or only at certain times?
Are the devices connected to the router via LAN or W-LAN?

I live in Berlin, the interference occurs randomly during the day, sometimes the worst connectivity is around noon. In particular the upload speed rarely reach 15mb upload, the average is 4mb upload.
All the devices are connected via W-LAN, I tried with several notebooks(Windows and macOS) to the side of the router and the download speed never pass the 400mb download.

Hello MarianoB,
WiFi can be affected by many interfering signals. Please check the speed with an ethernet cable and test the hints from the thread Fit für Gigabit.
