Cabel Internet not working

Hi,

 

I signed the vodafone red business I&P 300 business contract on the 31st of October and got the device/fritzbox sent last week, I was told that it is plug and plug. I plugged in the device and followed all the installation steps. However, the power/cable light keeps on blinking. My internet is not working and I have not been able to get help from vodafone so far.

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via Facebook or Twitter.
