Dear customer service,
This is your customer from ***, 81739.
I have your cable 1000 contract. however, the internet kept disconnect or bad connect. I should see it a lot time it even worse than my previous supplier's 20 mb cable.
Can you help me what is the problem. It is really slow time to time.
