Android applications doesnt load

Hi friends, 

Sorry about my German. So I'll type here in english.  

I have a kabel connection but many  android applications does not load. Eg ikea.

It says I don't have Internet. Another android phone keeps saying no Internet until I restart the WiFi in my phone and reconnect. There is no issue with other WiFi networks.

Does anyone know why does this happen-
